Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Period

In accordance with Lebanese Consumer Protection laws, you have 5 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition.
  • In the original sealed packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety, the following cannot be returned:
  • Opened costumes or wearable accessories.
  • Inflated balloons.
  • Edible items or cake toppers.
  • Personalized/Custom orders.
  • Items bought on "Final Sale."

4. Shipping Fees

Defects: If the item is faulty, we cover all shipping costs.

Change of Mind: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for the delivery fee (approx. $4.00 - $6.00 across Lebanon).
